Our history
Our roots are in service. Lionel began his career in the United States Marine Corps, where he supported secure communications and mission-critical systems under high-pressure conditions. After the military, he took on the challenge of modernizing and protecting technology for Lea County, New Mexico, leveraging his public sector IT expertise to lead projects that included Microsoft 365 cloud migrations, enterprise virtualization, and county-wide domain upgrades. GlobaTech was founded to deliver cybersecurity services and secure IT solutions, bringing that same blend of discipline, trust, and technical excellence to organizations across New Mexico and beyond.
